My name is Victor R. Talluto. I graduated from the University of Baltimore with a degree in accounting and a masters in finance. I have been a certified public accountant since 1978 and have spent my entire career in public accounting working with individuals and small businesses. I started my own firm in 1989. As a business owner, I have first hand experience with operating a small business, managing employees, etc.
